Event Proposal Form
Any event held in the Black Box Theatre requires an Event Proposal Form to be completed and submitted at least four weeks before the first day of your requested reservation date. If your event takes place within the first four weeks of any semester, the proposal is due by the first Friday of classes in that semester.
Once the proposal is submitted, a mandatory Event Review with the Black Box Theatre Management Team and UEM is required no less than three weeks before your event. At least one representative from your group/event must attend this meeting.
Once your form is complete and submitted, please schedule an event review. Event reviews will only be conducted if the group has submitted their event proposal form and approval from the groups advisor has been granted. Event reviews scheduled without the Event Proposal Form being submitted will be cancelled.
Event Reviews will only be held if your form has been submitted. Event reviews are only offered on Fridays from 11:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. and will take place in the Lerner 515 Suite.
