At the end of each academic year, Undergraduate Student Life and partner offices recognize students with awards and honors for leadership, cocurricular accomplishments, and noteworthy contributions to the Columbia community.

Leadership and Excellence Awards recognize the significant contributions of Columbia College and Columbia Engineering students to the Columbia community. Awards are presented near the end of the spring term, across eight categories, to up to 10 individuals per category.
Class Day Awards are presented to graduating seniors at the Columbia College and Columbia Engineering class day ceremonies in May.
Senior Marshal is an honor bestowed upon members of the Columbia College and Columbia Engineering graduating class who have demonstrated achievement in their academics and extracurricular activities. Honorees are distinguished at their respective Class Day ceremonies and University Commencement by their gold aiguillettes.
Additional Awards are given to students and student groups across Columbia College and Columbia Engineering.
