InterFraternity Council

The InterFraternity Council (IFC) is the self-governing student organization that provides guidelines and support to its 11 member organizations. Each organization is represented at IFC meetings to discuss and vote on matters concerning member organizations and the fraternity community.

The fraternity recruitment process at Columbia University is most active during the start of the fall semester. However, recruitment is on-going throughout the year. Contact the chapters that interest you! The recruitment process works best when you take the initiative.

You can learn more about the chapters and their recruitment events on their websites.
