InterFraternity Council

The InterFraternity Council (IFC) is the self-governing student organization that provides guidelines and support to its 10 member organizations. Each organization is represented at IFC meetings to discuss and vote on matters concerning member organizations and the fraternity community.

The fraternity recruitment process at Columbia University is most active during the start of the fall semester. However, recruitment is ongoing throughout the year. Contact the chapters that interest you! The recruitment process works best when you take the initiative.
