Recognized student groups and student-led programs can use this form to request a fund balance and trial balance. The fund balance report reflects the balance available to spend for student groups. It includes the current year allocation and revenue. Note: Parentheses represent positive balances, and those without represent negative balances. The trial balance report will reflect all financial activity for your group within the requested academic year.
Pending charges, such as Purchase Request vendor payments, contract payments, UEM and Facilities charges , etc., may not reflect in your account or on balance reports for several weeks. You should always track your own expenses and use that information in conjunction with trial balance reports to get the most accurate picture of your group's finances.
