The Student Organization Survey (SOS) is a brief survey for your group to re-register with Undergraduate Student Life and share information that will be used to update resources, webpages, etc.

The form must be completed once per group each year. If your group did not complete the SOS during the Fall 2025 semester, you must complete it now, during the Spring 2026 Club Refuel period.

Groups advised by Fraternity and Sorority Life do not need to complete the SOS.

While we understand that things may change as the semester progresses, we ask that you fill out the survey as accurately as possible based on your expectations for your organization's activities for the academic year.

The SOS for the Spring 2026 semester is now open. The SOS will close on Sunday, February 8th.
