Residential Life includes a team of 156 student employees- Resident Advisers (RAs). RAs develop a healthy community by focusing on the growth and development of each individual in their residence hall and promote an environment conducive to the overall wellness needs of residents. RAs are creative, team players, and great listeners.

Interested in becoming a resident adviser for 2026–27? Please review all guidelines and submit your resident adviser application. The application will open on October 13, 2025 and will close at 11:59PM on October 30, 2025.
