graduate in Spring 2021 should apply for the May degree;
take Summer A courses should apply for the June degree; and
take Summer B courses and/or summer courses that span both the Summer A and Summer B sessions are not eligible for a June 2021 degree. These students must wait instead until October 2021 for degree conferral. (That application process will start in summer 2021.) So, you do not need to apply for your degree right now, but please keep your CSA adviser apprised of your plans.
If you do not know whether or not you will be taking Summer A courses, apply for the May degree. Contact your CSA adviser as soon as possible if your plans change.

On a related note, registration appointments for Summer A and B will be open to all current Columbia College and Columbia Engineering seniors. You should be able to see your appointments in SSOL now. Summer registration will open to students on Monday, March 8.
Once the Registrar has processed all applications for degree (around mid-March), they will send an email to all students verifying that their prior selection of degree conferral date is still correct. Students will then be given a deadline by which to respond only if their intentions have changed.
