Columbia’s Psychological Services (CPS) is offering 1st Year CC & SEAS students a supportive non-confidential workshop to help address challenges that 1st year students are experiencing as they adjust to college.
This two-session workshop will help ease the transition by discussing coping strategies to feel more “at home” as a member of the Columbia community. Studying remotely and living with family can be difficult at times. Not to mention the feelings of missing out on the “college experience.” CPS is here to help.
Facilitated by: Dr. Andrew Colitz
Dates: September 15th and September 22nd from 12:00pm-1:30pm EST.
If you are interested in participating in this open workshop, please email Andrew Colitz at email@example.com to be included on the Zoom invitation.
