Requesting FSL A/V Equipment

To request A/V equipment for use in a residence hall or brownstone, a member of a registered fraternity or sorority must complete the following form by noon at least five business days in advance of the event. Chapters are responsible for any equipment that is lost, damaged or not returned within one business day of the event. Contact Ryan Cole at rc3170@columbia.edu with any questions and concerns.

Undergraduate Student Life Room Request Form

This form is for Undergraduate Student Life staff room requests only. All requests for student organizations must go through University Event Management (UEM).

Account Activity Request Form

Recognized student groups and student-led programs can use this form to request a fund balance and trial balance. The fund balance report reflects the balance available to spend for student groups. It includes the current year allocation and revenue. Note: Parentheses represent positive balances, and those without represent negative balances.

Special Interest Communities (SICs) offer a unique residential experience by allowing upperclassmen students to embrace and explore common interests together through regular programs, events and workshops, while living in a supportive environment in which all members can relate to each other.

International @ Columbia Spring Break Trip #2: United Nations Guided Tour RSVP Form

The trip will take place on Thursday, March 15; the group will meet on Columbia's Morningside campus at 1:15 p.m. If you do not depart with the group, you will not receive your free ticket.

Take a trip to the observatory on top of Rockefeller Center for free with International @ Columbia. 

The trip will take place on Friday, March 16; the group will meet on Columbia's Morningside campus at 2:00 p.m. If you do not depart with the group, you will not receive your free ticket.

2024 Jumpstarting Aspiring Developers and Entrepreneurs Participant Application Form

Apply to the Jumpstarting Aspiring Developers and Entrepreneurs (JADE) program to participate in this incredible opportunity! This week long in-person program will take place  from Monday, January 7th–Saturday, January 14th. The deadline to apply is Friday, November 17th at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Urban NY Spring 2024 Menu

Come join the standby list for our Spring 2024 Urban NY trips! Arrive at the meeting time (or no more than 10 minutes earlier) for Standby. You will put your name on a list provided by the Urban NY Trip Leader, and 10 minutes after the designated meeting time any last minute cancellations or no-shows will be released to the Standby list via random draw (please note that an earlier time of arrival will NOT increase chances of selection). Standby tickets are not guaranteed for any show, however there are often at least a few available!

Columbia College Dean's Travel Fund

The Columbia College Dean's Travel Fund provides financial support to currently enrolled Columbia College students for domestic or international travel, networking, competitions, conferences and/or service work connected to recognized student group  activities. Columbia College Student Council proposed the Columbia College Travel Fund, which is generously financed by the dean of Columbia College and administratively supported by Undergraduate Student Life.
