Fall 2017 CU on the First Holiday Walking Tour RSVP Form

Take a trip to the midtown to see the holiday lights! Join First-Gen @ Columbia as we take you to Top of the Rock

The trip will take place on December 8. The group will meet in Lerner Hall 505 at 3:00 p.m. If you do not depart with the group, you will not receive your free ticket.

This event is open to all first generation and/or low income undergraduate students. Space is limited; first-come, first-served.

First-Gen@Columbia Presents: Inclusive Schools Week

This year, First-Gen@Columbia will celebrate Inclusive Schools Week, which is held each year during the first full week in December.

Since its inception in 2001, Inclusive Schools Week has celebrated the progress that schools have made in providing a supportive and quality education to an increasingly diverse student population. Join us for our inaugural week of programming centered on the first generation collegiate experience! Inclusive Schools Week will be December 4- 8. In schools where inclusive education flourishes, there is an inspirational, more positive culture.

The purpose of the ALPHA Standards of Excellence Program is to enhance the values, beliefs and practices of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Columbia University and recognize the accomplishments of outstanding chapters.

Columbia College Travel Fund Debrief Form

At least one group representative is required to complete a debrief form detailing learning outcomes and the positive impact of the travel opportunity on the student group. You are welcome to share this form with more than one member of your group if you would like individual responses to be shared with our team.

Requesting FSL A/V Equipment

To request A/V equipment for use in a residence hall or brownstone, a member of a registered fraternity or sorority must complete the following form by noon at least five business days in advance of the event. Chapters are responsible for any equipment that is lost, damaged or not returned within one business day of the event. Contact Ryan Cole at rc3170@columbia.edu with any questions and concerns.

Undergraduate Student Life Room Request Form

This form is for Undergraduate Student Life staff room requests only. All requests for student organizations must go through University Event Management (UEM).

Recognized student groups and student-led programs can use this form to request a fund balance and trial balance. The fund balance report reflects the balance available to spend for student groups. It includes the current year allocation and revenue. Note: Parentheses represent positive balances, and those without represent negative balances.

Special Interest Communities (SICs) offer a unique residential experience by allowing upperclassmen students to embrace and explore common interests together through regular programs, events and workshops, while living in a supportive environment in which all members can relate to each other.
