Any event held in the Black Box Theatre requires an Event Proposal Form to be completed and submitted at least four weeks before the first day of your requested reservation date. If your event takes place within the first four weeks of any semester, the proposal is due by the first Friday of classes in that semester.
Once the proposal is submitted, a mandatory Event Review with the Black Box Theatre Management Team and UEM is required no less than three weeks before your event. At least one representative from your group/event must attend this meeting.
The Dean of The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS) has provided opportunities for supplemental support to undergraduate engineering students to help support their activities that align with the mission of SEAS, allow for the professional development of SEAS students, and/or use engineering in the service of others. The SEAS Dean Travel Fund has two tracks of funding, the Engineering Students Service Learning Travel Support Fund and the Engineering Groups Conference, Networking, and Competition Fund.
