Program Focus
Imagine that you have a total of 10 points to split between "individual", "group", and "societal". You will divide these points according to the focus of your program (specific to the role you have indicated). For example: if you are filling this form out for participants of a retreat mostly focused on issues of group leadership, but that also includes a couple of sessions on individual leadership styles, you might allot 7 points to group leadership and 3 points to individual leadership. Reviewing your competency selections above may be helpful when allocating these points. Note that only whole numbers are permitted.
