New Student Orientation Program (NSOP) Crew Chiefs and Orientation Leaders should have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, energy, self-direction, institutional pride, and ethusiasm for assisting with Orientation and welcoming new students to Columbia and Barnard. Applicants should have experience or be familiar with the Orientation program as well as have a working knowledge of the First-Year and Transfer academic programs and Columbia-Barnard campus life.
