Do you miss meeting others at Butler Library to study? Come together with fellow students for a one hour guided virtual group study session, where you can work on any assignment of your choice.

Adjusting To Virtual Columbia: Open to 1st Year CC & SEAS Students

Columbia’s Psychological Services (CPS) is offering 1st Year CC & SEAS students a supportive non-confidential workshop to help address challenges that 1st year students are experiencing as they adjust to college. 

This two-session workshop will help ease the transition by discussing coping strategies to feel more “at home” as a member of the Columbia community. Studying remotely and living with family can be difficult at times. Not to mention the feelings of missing out on the “college experience.” CPS is here to help.
