Apply to be a Summer Bridge Residential Counselor!

The opportunity to be a Summer Bridge Residential Counselor is open to CC and SEAS students. This position serves incoming first-year Academic Success Program students who will participate in the Summer Bridge Program. This is a great opportunity to mentor, tutor, and peer counsel incoming students. 

The Summer Bridge Program will begin on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 and end on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. You can learn more about the position and apply here. The deadline to apply is Monday, April 22, 2024.

In acknowledgment of the recent difficulties faced by students, and in consultation with the Engineering Student Council, the Dean’s Office and the School’s Committee on Instruction have approved the following academic accommodations for the fall 2023 semester:

Dear Columbia College and Columbia GS students,


In recognition of the current challenges students are experiencing on campus, the CC-GS Committee on Instruction has approved the following modifications to certain academic deadlines for the Fall 2023 semester:

The deadline for declaring the Pass/D/Fail option for a course will be extended to Monday, December 11, 2023, the last day of classes for Fall 2023.

The deadline to withdraw from a course will be extended to Monday, December 11, 2023.
