CUSP Summer Enhancement Fellowship Recommendation

To the Student: This online form should be completed by the person you selected to recommend you for a CUSP Summer Enhancement Fellowship.

To the recommending official: This student is completing his/her application for the Columbia Undergraduate Scholars Program's Summer Enhancement Fellowship. We would appreciate all information you can provide that would assist us in considering him/her for the fellowship.

2016 CUSP Summer Enhancement Fellowship: Practicum/Research Assistantship

CUSP does not vet the safety or security of the setting in which the students intend to pursue their projects.  It is the individual students’ responsibility to take the appropriate precautions about the settings in which they intend to pursue their project.  The nature of this fellowship is solely for financial support.
