Recruitment Event Registration

This form is used to register all recruitment and intake related events.  Recruitment and intake events must be registered with the Fraternity and Sorority Life staff five business days prior to event.

In order to best advocate for your group during the Pre-Calendaring space conflict process, please provide the following information for your adviser. If you have any questions or concerns about this form, contact your adviser directly.

This form is to be completed within 48 hours after a voluntary resignation of a chapter member from their fraternity or sorority.

Commencement Registration and Guest Ticket Request

Graduating students who did not complete the University Commencement ticket registration are invited to submit the form below to attend Commencement and request any guest tickets. As the number of guest tickets for this event is finite, we may not be able to provide the number of tickets requested by each graduate.

Commencement registration was open April 2-22 and has now closed. Those who registered during the official registration period will receive the number of tickets requested.
