Travel Signatures for International Students

Lavender Graduation

Celebrate the achievements of our LGBTQ and allied undergraduate students at Columbia! Lavender Graduation will take place on Wednesday, May 8, 6:00–8:30 p.m., in Pulitzer Hall. 

Student Group Payment Deadline

Student groups must submit all outstanding payments (e.g. receipts, invoices, performance agreements for existing vendors, etc.) no later than Monday, May 6. Questions? Please see your student group adviser. 

Outdoor Movie Night Rescheduled

Our outdoor movie night has been rescheduled! Join us in 309 Havemayer today, April 26 at 5:30 p.m. for a FREE screening of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Snacks provided!

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Join us Thursday, April 25 at 7:30 p.m. on Butler Lawn for a FREE outdoor movie screening of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. We hope to see you there!

George William Curtis Prize in Oration Competition Registration

Open to all Columbia College students, the annual Columbia College speech contest offers cash prizes to the winner in each of the two categories ($750 for each category):

  • Informative (4-6 minutes)
  • Persuasive (5-7 minutes)

The contest is limited to 10 entrants in each category. Entrants will be randomly selected from the group of students who request to enter the competition.

Interested students should register by Tuesday, April 30 at 11:59 p.m.

Mental Health Awareness in Communities of Color Workshop

On Wednesday, April 17, 12:302:00 p.m., Students of Color @ Columbia will host a workshop for mental health in communities of color in the Satow Conference Room in Alfred Lerner Hall. This 90-minute workshop aims to examine mental health from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive lens. All campus community members are welcome to attend. Please register below to reserve your spot.
