The Columbia letter confirms that you are (or were) a Columbia student in good standing. It provides institutional information specific to Columbia students and alums and their academic experience. It addresses any academic or disciplinary sanctions on your record that resulted in Probation or Suspension. Finally it presents your letters of recommendation to the health professional schools.
