The Columbian is the official yearbook for Columbia College, Columbia Engineering and the School of General Studies.

Revisit the Columbia traditions, campus events, trips, senior portraits, commencement, homecoming, sports, NYC's buzzing atmosphere and the neighborhood you called home for four years. This is all captured in one full-color, beautifully bound yearbook celebrating your Columbia experience.

Senior Portraits for the 2024 Columbian Yearbook

Commemorate your time at Columbia! Schedule your appointment for your senior portrait with Lors Photography using the username and password you received in an email from Lors. If you did not receive an email from Lors, or have any issues scheduling your session, please contact

Packages to purchase the photos will be available when Lors sends you the proofs.

When: Schedule your free portrait session on campus between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. during the following dates:

  • March 18 – 22
  • March 25 – 29

Austin E. Quigley Black Box Theater
(5th Floor, Lerner Hall)
  • Portraits will be taken in your business attire and cap and gown. The academic attire will be provided.
  • Please be prepared to provide the photographer with your major at the time of your sitting.
  • It is important that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. 
  • No walk-ins will be permitted.
  • Don’t forget that you can use these portraits for your professional networking and job search sites!
  • There is no fee for your first sitting. Re-sits are $10.

Purchasing Your 2024 Yearbook

Class of 2024, you can now order your copy of the 176th edition of the yearbook for $105.

*Please note: the Yearbook will ship in September to include photos of Senior Week and graduation. Please ship your yearbook to a non-Columbia address (e.g. where you’re shipping your diploma).
