Professional Services Payment Guide

The guide below outlines all documentation required to pay commonly requested service providers.

As you plan your event, you may research service providers on your own or use a provider from the University's approved list of service agreement vendors. These approved vendors have been vetted and approved by the University and agree to Columbia's terms and conditions. As such, the use of these vendors expedites the contract signing process and streamlines our ability to pay the vendor on your behalf.

If you have questions about service providers, contact your group's adviser. Find your adviser and their contact information.
