On Sunday June 24th at 9:00 pm, Studio A broadcasted an interview with director Benh Zeitlin to discuss his a smashing debut, Beasts of the Southern Wild. Also interviewed are leading actor Dwight Henry and co-writer Lucy Alibar. Taking place in the alternate universe of the American South, Beasts of the Southern Wild follows a little girl as she faces what seems to be the end of the world. This film was a hit at Sundance, played at BAMcinemaFest on June 21 and is opening commercially June 27, 2012.
