Thank you for helping us showcase for parents and families of Columbia undergraduates the excellent programs and instruction their student is receiving at Columbia University.

So that our guests may know a bit about you while attending your session, we ask that you provide to following basic information to be included in our printed schedule book.

Request to join the CC/SEAS Class of 2018 Facebook group

Thank you for your interest in joining the Class of 2018 Facebook group for the incoming students in Columbia College (CC) and The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS).

Domestic Travel Form

All students who travel domestically within the United States or its territories (outside of New York City) on Columbia-supported travel must register their trip with the University. To register a trip so it appears on this form, please contact your adviser.

Please complete this form at least two weeks before your departure. This form provides us with vital information in case of an emergency during your trip.
