ELIGIBILTY: All graduating seniors from Columbia College, Columbia Engineering, General Studies and Barnard College are welcome at the FLI Celebration. Barnard graduates also are invited to the annual Community of Excellence Reception hosted by Campus Life & Student Experience.

REGISTRATION and REGALIA ACCESSORIES: Please note that this form is for our graduating students who would like to participate in this celebration. (See below for Guest Registration.) 

While the date (March 22) to secure and guarantee the FLI tassel and pin  has passed, graduates registering by Friday, April 24, 11:59 p.m. EDT may still participate. Remaining tassels will be distributed based on registration times while supplies last and are not guaranteed. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRADUATES: Information about arrival times, opportunities to be a senior speaker, regalia accessory distribution, and other details will be shared directly with graduates who are registered.

GUEST REGISTRATION: Once graduates register, they will receive an email with instructions on how to register their guests.

In honor of Columbia’s diverse student community and complementing the school- and University-wide graduation ceremonies, we are proud to offer this and other Multicultural Celebrations. Complementing Class Days and Commencement, these long-standing campus traditions provide a more intimate setting for graduates to gather together to reflect on their personal journeys, invaluable community connections, and shared experiences that have impacted their time as students.  All undergraduate students are invited to participate in these celebrations.
