ELIGIBILTY: Participation is open to all Columbia College, Columbia Engineering, General Studies and Barnard College graduating seniors.

REGISTRATION and RAINBOW TASSEL: Please note that this form is for our graduating students who would like to participate in this celebration. (See below for Guest Registration.) 

Graduates registering for Lavender Graduation by Sunday, March 17, 11:59 p.m. EDT will have their rainbow tassel secured and guaranteed. Graduates registering after March 17 may still participate; however, remaining items will be distributed based on registration times while supplies last and are not guaranteed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRADUATES: Information about arrival times, rainbow tassel distribution, and other details will be shared directly with graduates who are registered.

GUESTS: Guests must register using this separate form by Sunday, April 21, 11:59 p.m. EDT 

In honor of Columbia’s diverse student community and complementing the school- and University-wide graduation ceremonies, we are proud to offer this and other Multicultural Graduation Celebrations, which provide a more intimate setting for students who self-identify in a variety of ways. These events invite community members to reflect on personal growth and community experiences that have impacted their time as students through to graduation. All undergraduate students are invited to participate in these celebrations.
