Jamison Williams, Nathan Corder, & Leo Suarez on Live Constructions

Tune in to Live Constructions this evening from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM to hear a live set by improviser and arranger Jamison Williams and his band. The set will feature Jamison Williams on soprano saxophone, Nathan Corder on guitar and Leo Suarez on drums.

Jamison Williams is a Florida-based soprano saxophone player known for his technique and his specialization in experimental deconstructionism. Since 2005 he has been organizing, producing and performing for Vantage Bulletin Publishing, and he established and organized +SoLo Sound Gallery, a 1200 sq ft gallery in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville dedicated to innovation for those involved in the experimental and avant-garde musical arts community.

In 2013, Jamison Williams became the general curator of "Jazz After Dark" under the "experimental jazz" genre and has organized and performed with "Truth Is Marching In | an ALBERT AYLER commemoration", a three day celebration in tribute to the legendary experimental jazz saxophonist Alber Ayler.

Jamison Williams is also the curator of a massive preliminary noise showcase that opens the annual and ever-expanding experimental avant/sound art conference in Jacksonville, the International Noise Conference.
