Tune in to Arts and Answers on Thursday, June 18th from 9:30-10:00 PM, to hear an interview with Marc Silver, the director of 3 1/2 Minutes, 10 Bullets. 3 1/2 Minutes, 10 Bullets is a documentary that follows the aftermath of the murder of Jordan Davis and the trial of Michael Dunn. The film won the U.S. Documentary Special Jury Award for Social Impact at Sundance and the Audience Award for Best Documentary Feature at River Run. The film will be in theaters beginning June 19th. Silver speaks with WKCR programmer Danielle Smith about the production of the documentary, the impact of the events on Davis's family, and the broader theme of race and perception in America.
