Tune in to the Moonshine Show this Sunday Morning at 11:00 AM to catch an interview and live set with multi instrumentalist and singer Bruce Molsky.
Molsky, one of the world’s premier talents on fiddle, guitar, and banjo, has collaborated with some of the most respected musicians from roots to rock. He is a guest on legendary guitarist Mark Knopfler’s latest CD, Tracker. His collaboration with Anonymous 4, 1865 – Songs of Hope and Home from the American Civil War, was on the top 10 Billboard charts for weeks. Molsky has been featured on BBC TV Transatlantic Sessions singing with Joan Osborne, Julie Fowlis and fiddling with Scottish legend Aly Bain and America’s great dobroist Jerry Douglas. His latest project, Molsky’s Mountain Drifters, is a roots music collaboration with clawhammer banjo virtuoso Allison de Groot and genre bending bluegrass guitar master Stash Wyslouch.
Molsky will be discussing and performing his music, and promoting his show at The Jalopy Theater in Red Hook on Sundayevening.
