Tune in to the Musician's Show this Wednesday, August 21st from 6-9pm as we feature Aleksi Glick. Glick is guitarist/composer and a graduate of The Peabody Conservatory, where he held the Charlie Byrd Memorial Guitar Scholarship. He co-leads BAAM! (formally just known as BAM), “New York's premiere rock & roll big band.” BAAM! plays a combination of indie rock, jazz and funk. Aleksi, also leads his jazz trio, known as The Aleksi Glick trio and is a sideman for countless NY based acts. He is the director of the Newer Sounds concert series at Hostelling International NY, and along with a few other organizers/musicians helped to throw The Music Frees All Festival this summer.
