Arne Nordheim (1931-2010), Norwegian composer of electroacoustic music, paid frequent visits to Warsaw between 1967 to 1972 where he painted various soundscapes and participated in the local new/electronic music scene.

The Onkyō-Kei is a Japanese new music movement whose name means (sound and echo). We sample here works by Toshimaru Nakamura (working with American musician Jason Kahn) and Otomo Yoshihide.
