WKCR programmer Danielle Smith interviews Dr. Stephen Tsang, Lazlo Z. Bito Associate Professor of Ophthalmology, Pathology and Cell Biology, concerning his research in his opthalmology lab. Dr. Tsang and his associates were able to identify a mutation in the gene ATF6 that causes achromatopsia – a severe form of color blindness.
