2026 Leadership and Excellence Awards Nomination Form

Nominees will be considered for several awards and honors presented at the end of the Spring semester, including the Leadership and Excellence Awards, Class Day Awards and Senior Marshals, and other Columbia College and Columbia Engineering Awards.
