Columbia MeetUps

Columbia Events Around The World

In addition to attending our Summer Advising programs, there are a few other exciting opportunities for you to meet members of the Columbia family and learn a bit more about the campus community and culture that awaits you here in New York. Regardless of where you call home, please join us for these events if you are able! They have been conveniently coordinated with our Summer Advising sessions in the same cities (exceptions where noted), so plan to make an evening of it! We hope you will join us and look forward to introducing you to other members of the Columbia family.

  • Columbia MeetUps, hosted by Kevin G. Shollenberger, Dean of Student Affairs, are informal social gatherings especially for Class of 2016 entering students, current students and young alumni.  Connect with old friends and make new ones while enjoying light refreshments and beverages.

  • Columbia Alumni Association receptions bring together alumni, students, families and friends to hear what’s happening on campus today and celebrate our shared Columbia connection. There will be a special book presentation for CC and CE Class of 2016 students at each of these events (except where noted).
