Student groups may not reserve spaces in Lerner Hall before 5pm, Monday-Friday, without exception. CEM policy linked here. 

Student groups may not reserve other campus spaces (outdoor spaces, classrooms, religious life spaces) before 5pm, Monday-Thursday.

Student groups are encouraged to reserve other campus spaces after 5pm on Fridays, with some flexibility. Prior discussion and special approval is required from an adviser for any space requests before 5pm on Fridays.

Student groups may reserve ramp tables in Lerner or tables on College Walk at any time.
