Inclusion and Advocacy
Jamie Kim CC’28 is being recognized for her commitment to inclusion and advocacy at Columbia. As a varsity member and equity officer of the Columbia Debate Society, she represented equity interests at the board level and worked to foster a more inclusive team environment. She is also a Listening Tables fellow with the Trust Collaboratory, where she studied political polarization and conflict mediation. She also is the co-founder and president of Pen&Quill, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting young writers and expanding access to literary spaces. Through her leadership, Kim has created platforms for emerging voices in marginalized communities, amplifying underrepresented perspectives and building communities dedicated to ongoing creativity and dialogue.
