Esha Karam CC’25 is a graduating senior majoring in sustainable development with a concentration in economics. Karam served as the 148th managing editor of the Columbia Daily Spectator. During her tenure, Karam oversaw Spectator’s coverage of the 2024 spring protests, and ensured fair, rigorous and ethical reporting during a pivotal moment on campus. Before becoming managing editor, Esha was the 147th University News editor at Spectator.
