Ali Alomari CC’25 is being recognized for his lasting contributions to the Columbia community through his visionary leadership across multiple campus organizations. As co-founder of two investment clubs at Columbia, Paragon Global Investments and Global Equity Management, Alomari generated new opportunities for students to access competitive finance roles and gain professional development, expanding Columbia’s pre-professional landscape. He was also elected twice to the Columbia College Student Council as religion representative, where he worked with religious communities on campus to advocate for their needs, facilitate positive change and organize campus-wide events. In his junior year, Alomari was an Orientation Leader, welcoming and mentoring incoming students. He also rose to leadership roles as a director in Columbia Alpha Partners and VP of Consulting for Columbia Global Research and Consulting Group. In these roles, Alomari has distinguished himself as a driven and ambitious leader committed to empowering others and creating tangible impact.
