In partnership with Columbia Dining, we invite you to sip into well-being and take a break from studying for a calming tea event on Friday, April 25, from 12 - 4 p.m., at Lerner Ramps. Stop by to slow down, learn about the wellness benefits of different teas, and make your cup to enjoy or take with you. You’ll also be able to take home your teas of choice–each selected for benefits like stress relief, digestion, and energy–to enjoy on your own time.

From 12:00 - 2:00 p.m., Columbia Dining registered dietitian Kate O’Shea will be at the table to chat about healthier eating habits, navigating the dining halls, or spill the tea on her favorite nourishing food and drink.

Plus, meet the peer educators from Alice! Health Promotion and connect with Columbia Health staff who will be on hand to chat about care and well-being on campus. Swing by, sip something soothing, and take a little wellness with you.

Columbia Health makes every effort to accommodate individuals with disabilities. If you require accommodations to attend this event, contact Disability Services at 212-854-2388 or disability@columbia.edu at least 5 days in advance of the event.
