Health and Wellness
Spencer Robbins has devoted her efforts towards improving the wellness experience of student-athletes. A member of the women's soccer team, she worked with the athletic department to launch a nutritional vending program that offers daily snacks and protein supplements to all student-athletes at Columbia. Spencer has contributed to research in cancer drug delivery and arthritis and has a passion to improve the health of others. She is a part of the Community Impact student executive board, through which she developed a partnership with Graham Windham Community Center where she leads monthly soccer clinics for elementary school students. In simple ways such as home cooking meals for friends, inviting every person she sees to play spikeball on the lawns, and mentoring the freshmen on her team, Spencer strives to lead by example and care for her community.
I am so grateful to be a part of this community. Special thanks to all the people who help me to slow down.
