Multicultural Affairs Accessible Event Form

Multicultural Affairs seeks to create environments of access and affirmation for all bodies and minds. We offer our internal resources to best accommodate anyone who may want to participate in our programming. Please use this form to notify us of accessibility needs that we can meet within our office's means.

To allow us to best coordinate, we ideally request at least 3 business days' notice. We will do our best to accommodate all requests possible and/or get back in touch with you ahead of time.
