He held the position of President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, where he actively advocated for the interests of student-athletes. In addition to his involvement in athletics, Thomas broadened his impact on campus by serving as Treasurer for Be The Match Columbia, as well as taking on the roles of Resident Advisor and Risk Manager for the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
