Principled Action
Liam Brown, a senior in Columbia College, is being recognized for his commitment to moral leadership, integrity, and service throughout his time at Columbia, and his fostering and encouraging of those same values in his peers. Liam is majoring in Political Science and pursuing a concentration in Slavic Studies and Russian language. Outside of the classroom, he is president of the Columbia Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club, served on the executive board of his fraternity, and has served as director for several Columbia-hosted Model UN committees.
Thank you to all of the great friends, peers, and mentors whom I have had the privilege of working with here on campus. Columbia is a special place, and I feel very grateful to have had it as my home for the past four years.
