Chris’ selfless and under-appreciated actions have left an indelible mark within the Columbia community. Since joining the Columbia University Rugby Football Club in 2019, he has demonstrated a deep passion for the sport and has consistently pushed himself and his teammates to perform at their best. Chris assumed the position of President of the club and kept the Rugby community active even during the pandemic. He further removed the stigma of rugby and emphasised inclusivity; the club has since become one of the most diverse groups on campus. Chris was soon elected as the President of the Club Sports Governing Board, a reflection of his driven nature. He began numerous momentous initiatives, such as PE credits for club sports and removing the policy that no club sport can replicate a varsity sport. He was also the President of the Columbia Consulting Group working on projects with businesses in New York.
