Natalie is a proud member of the Columbia Community who has exercised her leadership skills and passion for community building across different facets of the Columbia Campus. As a three-time captain of the Fencing Team, she has served as a leader and mentor to her student-athlete peers. Her knowledge and love for the Columbia Fencing Program has motivated her to assume impactful leadership roles in an effort to create an environment of healthy competitiveness and hard work.
In the summer of 2022, Natalie served as a Committee Member of Columbia's New Student Orientation Program. As the Explore New York City Event Coordinator she was responsible for the planning and executing of one of the four piloted Immersion Experiences offered as part of new structure to the program. In this role, she was given an opportunity to provide incoming students with an unforgettable experience at a pivotal moment in their lives as Columbians. During her time in the Undergraduate Student Life Office, Natalie brought her experiences and perspectives as a student-athlete on campus into the conversation in an attempt to bridge the gap between different communities within the Columbia Gates.
To my parents, my coaches, and all those individuals who supported me on my five-year journey at Columbia–thank you.
