Michael Fass, a senior in Columbia College, is recognized for his undying commitment to expanding access to opportunity on campus. Leveraging both his professional and on-campus experience in finance he has mentored many students, primarily underrepresented minorities who lack the resources of many of their peers, on how to navigate the internship/job recruiting process as well as the professional world writ large. Through these efforts Michael has played a major role in fostering a more inclusive and supportive professional environment on campus, he’s really a good guy.
