Anthony is a leader on campus through his active roles in prominent student organizations. He has established the Columbia College Pathway program through his role as the Pre-Professional Representative on Columbia College Student Council, which outlines student experiences in pursuing career and graduate school aspirations from freshman year through graduation. He has been involved with the University Life Events Council as the Chair of Social and Community throughout all four years at Columbia, playing an integral role in planning university-wide events to bring together members of the entire campus community. As an Operating Committee Leader for the Columbia Organization of Rising Entrepreneurs (CORE), he planned and led the first Columbia-approved international trip since the pandemic, bringing undergraduate students to Tel Aviv, Israel to explore its startup scene in 2022. He has also worked for Undergraduate Admissions over the years.
I am very honored to be a senior marshal for our class. We have all demonstrated great perseverance throughout the pandemic and it is a unique accomplishment for each of us to have made it to this point: college graduation. I want to thank my friends who nominated me for this award and truly believed in me—I’m so glad we could share our time in undergrad together. Excited to see you all at university commencement!
