Shariq Jumani has been selected as a senior marshal for the Columbia College graduating class. He has worked to create a community at the intersection of neuroscience and identity within both the Columbia University network and New York City. His leadership and organization of a diverse portfolio of programming for Columbia Synapse and QFaith have made a significant impact within the science, LGBTQIA+, and disability communities.
