This form is for Undergraduate Student Life staff room requests only. All requests for student organizations must go through University Event Management (UEM).

Please note: Residence hall lounges are generally reserved for students and residents of their respective buildings during the week, therefore requests for residence hall spaces will be subject to additional approval by residence hall staff. You can check if a residence hall lounge is available prior to submitting by checking the EMS calendar.
