Please let us know if you plan to participate in Convocation by completing this form no later than Monday, August 12.

We ask that all faculty members participating in Convocation wear regalia. If you do not own regalia and would like regalia rented for you, the deadline for regalia rental requests is Monday, August 12 . We will not be able to accommodate any requests made after this date.
