Housing

Move-in for Residential Counselors will take place on Tuesday, June 30.  You will reside with our incoming first-year students in Broadway Residence Hall at 556 West 114th. Your room key will be available for pick up any time at the Hospitality Desk in Hartley Hall when you arrive on June 30. The Hartley Hospitality Desk is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You are required to complete the summer housing application and the occupancy agreement for you to stay with us this summer. You can do so here after June 26th. Please select Summer 2026 as the term and state in your application that you are a Residential Counselor (RC) for Academic Success Programs (ASP). 

Training

The Residential Counselor training program will begin on Wednesday, July 1.  We will send the training agenda and materials to you shortly.  Breakfast will be available to you in John Jay dining hall starting at 7:30am on Wednesday, July 1.

Payroll

You will receive an email containing payroll information and the necessary onboarding forms for your summer employment.  Please keep an eye out for this message.
