Housing

Move-in for Residential Counselors will take place on Monday, June 30.  You will reside with our incoming first-year students in Broadway Residence Hall at 556 West 114th. Your room key will be available for pick up any time at the Hospitality Desk in Hartley Hall when you arrive on June 30. The Hartley Hospitality Desk is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You are required to complete the summer housing application and the occupancy agreement for you to stay with us this summer. You can do so here after June 23rd. Please select Summer 2025 as the term and state in your application that you are a Residential Counselor (RC) for Academic Success Programs (ASP). 

Training

The Residential Counselor training program will begin on Tuesday, July 1 (the training agenda and materials will be sent to you soon).  Breakfast will be available to you in Ferris as early as 7:30am on Tuesday, July 1.

Payroll

You will receive an email regarding payroll information and forms you will need to complete to be hired with us this summer.  Please keep a look out for that information.  If you have any questions or concerns, you can email asp@columbia.edu.

Please log in to complete the web form.  We ask that you complete the form, submit your bio, and upload a jpeg photo of yourself (headshot) no later than Monday, June 9, 2025.  Your bio should be written in third person.
