(Qagan Tayagungin) I would like to thank my tribe, the Qagan Tayagungin Tribe of Sand Point, along with the Aleut Foundation and the Shumagin Corporation for their support of my education over the past four years. I would not be graduating nor have had all of the incredible experiences I have been lucky enough to have without their support and I am so proud to be a Columbia Lion! Following my graduation from Columbia, I will be attending graduate school at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa and continuing my college basketball career as a Rainbow Wahine.
