An international student from the UK, Carla cofounded Columbia's first Netball team and sat on the executive board of Columbia buildOn, where she advocated for educational accessibility internationally. Carla thanks her family, friends, and academic mentors for supporting her in times of need and celebrating with her in times of joy. After graduation, Carla looks forward to remaining in NYC in the immediate future and is excited about exploring the intersections of advocacy, diplomacy, and accessibility. Carla is forever indebted to the Sutton Trust Fulbright partnership for introducing her to US Higher Education.
